GCTC YouthBuild Program ...

        The Gulf Coast Trades Center is an active participant in the Texas Youth Works program enacted by the Texas Legislature in 1997.

        The Center's program has 3 objectives:

        1. Create and expand safe and affordable residential housing for qualifying families.

        2. Provide opportunities and work experience for its students through work-based education.

        3. Stabilizing and strengthening the economic and social fabric of the rural community through volunteerism and community service.
